Esperance’s entrepreneurial vision shines as the founder of the Sunga Organization, a non-profit dedicated to removing financial barriers to education. We provide scholarships, school supplies, uniforms, and vital mentorship programs, empowering children from underserved African communities to achieve their full potential and demonstrating profound social impact.

Leading the African collaborative network
As Interim Director for the African Collaborative Network (ACN), Esperance leads day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives uniting the African community in West Michigan. Her focus on advocacy, education access, economic empowerment, and community engagement highlights strong leadership and organizational management, creating meaningful systemic impact.

Academic excellence & research expertise
Esperance is an honors graduate of Western Michigan University, holding a B.Sc. in Economics with minors in Statistics & General Business. Her honors thesis, "The Impact of the Oil Industry on the Texas Economy," showcases her exceptional data-driven analysis and critical thinking skills, forming a strong foundation for her impactful work.
